This series consists of advance estimates of needs. The records, submitted to the Office of Indian Affairs on standard form 5-265 with accompanying letters of justification, provide information on the financial needs of the school. The records also provide information on requests for wages, services, equipment, utilities, supplies, and fuel. In addition, the records provide the reason for the request; the regulation granting authority; and the current amount on hand.
